Relaxed structure containing the muon (shown in Fig. 2(a)) can be found in 'sro_muon.cif'. Here the muon is represented by a 
hydrogen atom.

Displacements of the ions as a function of distance from the muon site (shown in Fig. 2(b)) can be found in the files 
'displacements_{species}.dat', where {species} = O, Ru or S.
First column is distance of the ion from the muon site, second column is radial displacement. Both are measured in angstroms.

Density of states for the Ru atom closest to the muon site without including the muon can be found in the files labeled 
'nomuon_Ru1_{nl}.dat', where n and l denote the principal and angular momentum quantum numbers respectively.
This data was used to create Fig. 2(c). The Fermi energy is 11.5984 eV.

The corresponding density of states obtained when including the muon (Fig. 2(d)) can be found in the files denoted 'muon_Ru1_{nl}.dat'.
The muon pdos can be found in the file 'muon.dat'. The Fermi energy is 11.6950 eV.
